As one of the leading independent caterers in the South-West we are able to offer clients a range of services including catering, hospitality and vending, and we save them money.

Established in 1997 we have steadily grown the business through personal recommendation and the quality of the service offered to our customers throughout the West Country.  We serve over 5,000 customers each day in various locations from Business and Industry, Leisure and Conferencing to Healthcare and Education.

The Directors of the company are personally involved in the day to day operations on each site, building strong working relationships with our customers based on mutual trust and respect.  A representative of pro serv visits each of our contracts weekly ensuring that the quality and consistency of service, that is the cornerstone of our success, is consistently delivered to our customers.

Unlike many of our larger, national competitors pro serv is not bound by restrictive policies or inflexible systems so we can offer each customer an individual package tailored to their specific need, together with a refreshing degree of flexibility.

Pro serv are a regional catering company who constantly strive to support local suppliers.  We purchase almost all our fresh produce from South-West based companies, therefore supporting the local economy and reducing the amount of food miles travelled, as well as ensuring that we procure the freshest produce possible for our customers.  We buy produce at it’s seasonal best, for price and freshness.

Pro serv are committed to using healthy cooking methods and offering fresh fruit and vegetables to our customers, helping them to eat a wholesome, balanced diet.  Our school meals have been judged the best in Somerset, offering a freshly prepared, healthy meal for our junior customers.

In order to reduce the impact that we make on the planet, we reuse and recycle whenever possible.  In partnership with our clients, we actively promote biodegradable disposable packaging in our sites.
