B5 is the pro serv customer service initiative designed to deliver great customer service throughout our business.
B5 stands for:
B – Be friendly
A – Adaptable
S – Smart
I – Interactive
C – Clean
Every November a pro serv director will conduct an un-announced B5 audit of every contract to ensure that the elements of B5 are being adhered to and vigorously applied. The five elements are scored individually and comments made.
After the initial audits are complete we then ring our clients and ask them to score our service against the same B5 categories. The combined scores are then put into a league table and the top B5 contracts announced. This year B5 Awards were made to the top five contracts with the overall win going to the team at Exeter College.
