Pro serv is the contract caterer of choice for business, schools and colleges throughout the South-West.   We pride ourselves on our local supplier network, delivering finest quality local ingredients and produce to our chefs.   Our local purchasing policy enables us to serve great fresh food while significantly reducing our clients cost of catering and minimising food miles travelled.

Pro serv is based at The Exchange in Bridgwater, a focal point and showcase for our service delivery.  The Exchange incorporates a conference centre, meeting rooms, Costa café and health club and is owned and managed by pro serv.  We were established in 1997, and have steadily grown our business through personal recommendation and the consistent quality of our service and the great food that we provide.
